Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Please review the following policies carefully before making a reservation.
Due to high demand, appointments are only secured after confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

More than 3 days (72+ hours) before your appointment
You may cancel free of charge.
24–72 hours before your appointment
A $20 cancellation fee will be charged.
Within 24 hours of your appointment
The full service fee will be charged.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice and the
reason is not an emergency or force majeure, Serica reserves the right
to charge the appropriate fee to cover operating losses.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or force majeure situations.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service time may be shortened.Your treatment plan may be adjusted to avoid impacting other guests.
