At Serica Skincare & MedSpa, each appointment is reserved specifically for you. Please review our policies prior to booking or making a purchase.

Appointments & Deposits

‍Facial services do not require a deposit. Medical treatments and nurse-provided services require a deposit to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the balance of your scheduled treatment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

‍We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, are subject to a $50 fee.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Serica Skincare & MedSpa does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy applies to all services, treatments, treatment packages, deposits, prepaid services, and retail products.

Once a service, treatment, package, or product has been purchased, payment is non-refundable. Results from aesthetic treatments may vary from person to person, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
